2 C Kodiak waffle mix
2 C almond milk
1 box pearl sugar (Amazon)
2 eggs
3 TB butter
Lemon Mint Syrup
1 C water
1 C sugar
1 lemon zested in strips and juice
1 handful of mint leaves
Bring water and sugar to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Take off heat and add lemon zest strips, lemon juice, and mint. Let sit for 10 minutes. Strain out zest and mint leaves and serve with berries over waffles
