Savory Polenta Oatmeal

Trust me!

Ingreients:
Steel cut oats
Prepared Polenta (sold in logs at most grocery stores)
Parmesan cheese
Sharp cheddar cheese
Poached or Fried egg
S&P

Method:

Make oatmeal according to directions and add a couple of spoonfuls of polenta and mix through. Top with grated Parmesan, cheddar and egg. Add a dash of Sriracha salt and pepper!
