Football is right around the corner!! Try these delicious and easy Chicken Burger Sliders on Sweet Potato Waffle Fries! Buy Sweet potato waffle fries and bake according to package directions. Chicken burger- 1 1/12 lb Ground chicken 1/2 onion, grated 1/4 C Parsley, chopped finely 2 tsp Garlic salt Ground Pepper Combine chicken mixture until combined. Form into small sliders and grill or Traeger for just a couple of minutes on each side. Layer chicken burger, dill pickle, tomato, and avocado on each waffle fry and top with one more. Baguette, sliced down the center Plain cream cheese or mayo (yes, add just a little) Smoked salmon, fresh salmon, leftover salmon. Any and all work. Arugula or spinach with lemon juice and EVOO Peas Top with a little more lemon juice and generous dash of salt and ground pepper.

Thanks @eloiseandme. “This one turned out just as I imagined, sweet but not too sweet, hint of cinnamon, buttery, doughy- but still perfectly crisp on top.” Peach Base 8 fresh peaches – peeled and sliced into thick wedges 2 tablespoons white sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch Topping 2 cups flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 12 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces 1/2 cup boiling water Directions -Preheat oven to 425 1. In large bowl, combine peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Toss to coat evenly. Bake in 2qt baking dish for 10 min. 2. Blackened Chipotle Fish Tacos

I’d like a side of fish tacos with my Chipotle Aioli please! Im in love with these blackened fish tacos with chipotle aioli, cheddar cheese, green cabbage, and mango relish. CHIPOTLE AIOLI 5 TB mayo 2 TB sour cream 2 -3 tsp chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (just the sauce) 1-2 garlic clove minced 1⁄2 tsp cumin 1/2 lime, juiced Sea Salt & ground pepper, to taste Blend all ingredients and chill BLACKENED FISH RUB Combine: 1 TB hot paprika 1 TB kosher salt 1 TB garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp cayenne (or less) Start with your favorite fish. Mahi Mahi, Tilapia, Red Snapper, etc. Coat pan in a lot of butter (no wonder I love it so much). Coat fish in seasoning and sauté on a high heat. Don’t move fish for 1-2 minutes or until it lifts easily from the pan. Flip for 1-2 minutes.

What family trips (not vacation), is all about! Travel tip- I wait until I get to the location I’m traveling to to buy cute “local” dresses or things for the girls. Walmart, Kmart, and such have great local clothing and items for kids. Don’t try touristy shops but shop where the locals go. These dresses were from Walmart and less then $10. You know with four kids you’ll end up at Walmart so save some dough and wait until you get there!
